Bonjour! I'm Prachi
I'm passionate about helping learners fall in love with French. With structured lessons, real-life examples and lots of encouragement, I make learning French simple, practical and enjoyable.
I teach online, one student at a time, and I've worked with more than 300 students — complete beginners, people preparing for DELF, TEF or TCF, and a few who had studied French years ago and wanted it back.
I trained at the Alliance Française de Delhi and hold the DELF B2. That matters here for one reason: I have sat the same exams my students sit, so when I say a paper is testing your nerve rather than your French, I am telling you something I found out myself.
How I teach
The class moves at your speed. One-to-one is where most people start, because the lesson can slow down through the parts that need it and skip ahead through the parts that do not. If you would rather learn with a friend or a small group, that works too — the plan just gets built around the group instead of one person.
You speak from the first class. Not grammar for six weeks and conversation later. You will get a sentence wrong out loud in class one, which is the point.
Everything stays yours. Every lesson I teach is written up in the lesson library — notes, vocabulary, conjugation tables and exercises with the answers hidden until you want them. My students get the passcode, and it does not disappear when the course ends.
Practical things
- Classes are online, over video — one-to-one or in a small group, whichever suits you
- A1 to B2, plus DELF, TEF Canada and TCF Canada preparation at any of those levels
- Based in New Delhi, teaching students wherever they are
